How LOALCA Was Born
(The Real Story)
After 10 years of coaching success — including celebrity clients, couples, entrepreneurs, and everyday people — we were invited to appear on the nationally televised show Dr. Drew’s Life Changers. Dr. Drew had assembled an elite team of experts from around the globe, and out of thousands of applicants, we were chosen as his go-to relationship and life coaches.
There was just one condition: We needed to be "officially certified" to appear on air.
Even though our methods had already transformed lives for a decade, we enrolled in one of the most popular three-day certification courses in Southern California.
What we found shocked us.
The program was filled with fluff, vague theory, and little real-world application. The students were passionate — but completely underprepared. By day one, the instructors recognized we were operating at a master level. By day two, they were asking us for insight and letting us teach our methods.
After class, students came to us and said: “What you taught us in just a few hours was more valuable than anything we’ve learned here.” That moment changed everything. We created our own program — a fluff-free, one-day certification experience that delivered more value than traditional multi-day or month-long courses.
We launched our first training. The students showed up. The feedback was electric. LOALCA was born. Soon we were offering the course monthly… and then internationally. 2,000+ coaches later, the results speak for themselves.
